Recent jury awards in Port St. Lucie car accident

The facts included a rear end collision with a mere $300 in property damage on Plaintiff car and $2000 in property damage in defendants car. The Providing doctor provided a Cervical and Lumbar disc decompressions procedure. The specific Jury awarded was a $154,000 past medical expenses, $300,000 in future medical expenses, $73,000 past pain and suffering and $225,000 future pain and suffering.
