MOTION TO SEVER
COME NOW defendants and third-party West Palm Beach Florida car accident Plaintiff s, by and through their attorneys of record, and move the Court for its order severing for separate trial the Third-Party petition herein.
As grounds therefore, defendants and third-party West Palm Beach Florida car accident Plaintiff s state that the outcome of the original action will determine whether or not it will even be necessary for defendants and third-party West Palm Beach Florida car accident Plaintiff s to proceed against third-party defendant and trial of the third-party action may not be necessary at all. Furthermore, it will shorten the length of trial in the underlying cause and further judicial economy.
