West Palm Beach Car Accident WEST PALM BEACH CAR ACCIDENT PLAINTIFF'S MOTION TO PRESERVE EVIDENCE

West Palm Beach Car Accident Plaintiff requests that this Court enter an order to require (insert party against whom order is directed) to preserve the following evidence for review and examination by West Palm Beach Car Accident Plaintiff's expert. Upon information and belief, the evidence may be relevant to prove a defect in the vehicle's steering mechanism which the West Palm Beach Car Accident Plaintiff alleges to be a proximate cause of the injuries she sustained.
