When should you get a second opinion on your MRI scan related to your Florida car accident?

I recently was at a board certified Neurosurgeon's office where he was looking at some RI film for one of our client's who had been in a car accident and was experiencing severe neck pain. It turn out the Radiologist who had initially read the films may have diagnosed the film. The second opinion was brought on by the fact that the accident victim still had sever neck pain nearly a year after the accident. The Doctor diagnosed a more serious condition, and ordered a second set of more detailed also known as High definition MRI's.

It was amazing, because of this second opinion by a board certified Neuro the whole case has taken a new light. This patient has to get a whole new battery of tests, and her medical condition may required additional medical care which is something that we have to calculate in to her damages calculation. Remember, once we settle a case there is normally no second bite at the apple. So, we have to do all of our discovery before it si all over and every one signs on the dotted line.
