Defendant’s Request for Inspection of Vehicle

Defendant requests the Plaintiff to respond within thirty (30) days to the following requests:

(1) That the Plaintiff produce and permit the Defendant to inspect the Plaintiff’s vehicle, 1999 Ford Taurus, four-door, grey, VIN no. [insert VIN no.].

(2) That Defendant be allowed to photograph, videotape, test and sample the vehicle.

(3) That Defendant be allowed to have the following expert witness [identify expert] present to inspect the vehicle and to conduct any testing and/or sampling.

(4) That the inspection take place thirty (30) days from the date of this notice at [location where vehicle is stored] or at such other time and place as mutually agreed to by the parties.
