Florida Car Wreck Initial Letter to Uninsured Motorist 1-800-74-TRIAL
Dear (Driver or Owner):
Please be advised that this office represents John Jones whose automobile was dam¬aged and who received personal injuries in an automobile collision which took place on or about January 12, 1999. It is my understanding that this incident took place at the intersection of Brown and Green Streets and that you were the driver (owner) of the other vehicle.
According to our information you were not insured by an automobile liability carrier at the time of the incident. If I am mistaken, please contact your carrier at once upon receipt of this letter.
If you were not insured, please contact me either directly or through your attorney. The laws of this state provide that license privileges may be revoked or suspended if steps are not taken to provide responsibility for this incident. Even if you deny that you are liable for this incident for any reason, you should contact me to discuss future disposition of this important matter.
Please do not fail to act upon this request as the legal consequences could be very detrimental. If you were not insured, it is my primary advice that you obtain the as¬sistance of an attorney.
I look forward to hearing from you and thank you for your anticipated cooperation.
Sincerely,
