Florida Car Wreck Initial Letter to Uninsured Motorist 1-800-74-TRIAL

Dear (Driver or Owner):

Please be advised that this office represents John Jones whose automobile was dam¬aged and who received personal injuries in an automobile collision which took place on or about January 12, 1999. It is my understanding that this incident took place at the intersection of Brown and Green Streets and that you were the driver (owner) of the other vehicle.
