Even if the judge sustain a lawyers objection he may loose credibility in front to f the Jury or simple appear to be untrustworthy. Objection shall only be made when the entry of certain evidence is so severely prejudicial to the case that it is more important to keep the bad evidence/allegation out then irritating the jury.
