Once a CRN (civil remedies notice) is filed, how long and to whom does the insurance company have to respond in a first party bad faith case?

A: The insurance company has 60 days to respond to the Department of Insurance and the response should be filed online within that time-frame. If no response is filed, there is a presumption of bad faith.
