If you file a lawsuit in Palm Beach County, Florida where you reside and then move to another county during the lawsuit, can you be forced to appear in a deposition in Palm Beach County?

A: Most likely, yes.  The judge usually has discretion if you can show some type of unusual harship. Absent a showing of unusual hardship, you will have to travel to the county where the lawsuit is pending for the deposition.
