If I get in to a West Palm Beach car accident, should I take pictures of my car? and if Yes, what should I do with the pictures?

A: Yes, take pictures. But remember, for rear end impact where the picture does not show the detail. It is important to save the car part, the car pat can be taken in to the Court room, and the Jury can see the impact the wrong doers car had on our bumper. Remember, if the bumper shows an impression in the plastic, that means that thousands of pounds of force were delivered to your bumper. An expert can then explain to the Jury that this force is transferred to the inside of the cabin and to your body part and can result in tremendous pain and suffering as well as injury to your spine.
