West Palm Beach Car Accdident Rear-End Collision

Sometimes when a person is sued in a West Palm Beach car accident, they will claim someone else caused them to hit the other driver in a rear-end collision.  Usually, this other person is not identified or involved in the accident.  This is known as a fabre defendant.  However, unless the car in front of the at-fault driver suddenly and unexpectedly stopped, or suddenly and unexpectedly changed lanes of there was mechanical failure of the tortfeasor's car, then the car that hit you from behind is at fault and is the proximate cause of the  West Palm Beach car accident.
